CNR's Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation houses our JCAHO-accredited, 320-bed skilled nursing facility, featuring the first nursing home in New York City organized on the "neighborhood" model. Here also resides our Subacute Care program and our CARF-accredited Short Term Rehabilitation program in newly renovated quarters.

CNR's "neighborhood" structure sets new standards for personal care and will be a model for progressive facilities for years to come. Living in a neighborhood that includes social workers, recreational therapists and nurses, CNR residents have greater independence in matters of daily living.
